"Coach Bo”, whom is a native of Dallas and a graduate from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors in Web Design. As a avid lover of sports, he prides himself in helping youth in the community be high achievers and reach their greatest potential.
"Coach Bo" has coached kids in the southern sector of Dallas for over 30 years. In 2018 he made the decision to start Dallas Take Off Track Club.
"Coach Bo" goes above and beyond; as he recognizes the power of setting goals that are realistic and achievable. "Coach Bo" assist with college readiness; by assisting and advising parents and student about scholarship information, meeting with college coaches and attending college tours.
"Coach Bo" has had athletes receive college scholarships, play in the NFL, participate in the Nike Invitational, as well as numerous outstanding achievements in the Junior Olympics.

Born and raised in Dallas, Corey attended Bishop Lynch High School and was a three sport athlete in football, powerlifting and track. Corey later earned a football scholarship to Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls Texas . He currently works for UPS Corporate as an Industrial Engineering Manager and helps oversee

He currently works for UPS Corporate as an Industrial Engineering Manager and helps oversee logistics across the United States.
Corey believes in giving back to his community. Living and working with those in his immediate community to help improve the lives of others. Along with coaching, Corey works with organizations such as Young Life and Urban Action to help to reach the needs of others.

Assistant Coach – Hurdles & Long Jump
Coach Traswell brings over 25 years of elite leadership experience, coupled with a lifelong passion for athletics and youth development. A former NCAA Division I dual-sport athlete in Football and Track & Field, he earned a scholarship as a wide-receiver and his performance in hurdles, sprints, and was a Big 8 Champion and All American while completing a B.S. in Sociology from Kansas State University. He later earned his MBA in Strategic Leadership, bringing a unique blend of athletic excellence, strategic vision, and mentorship to the coaching environment.
Today, Coach Livingston is a Real Estate Broker and leads one of the most impactful nonprofit housing organizations in Texas, advocating for social justice, health equity, and community wellness. Off the track, he mentors young boys and girls in leadership, character, and academic discipline—often combining sport and service in his work.
Athletic & Coaching Focus:
• Specializes in Hurdles and Long Jump technique, power development, and race strategy.
• Teaches proper form, mechanics, and drills to build speed, rhythm, and confidence.
• Emphasizes the mental aspects of competition: attitude, focus, resilience, and discipline.
